First Record Label
Jerome DeLain, of Trifinity Productions provided the graphic design support and was our photographer. His contributions, along with Rick Ivey helped to shape our image. As we moved throughout the city, we eventually gained local radio airplay with the support of Jae Jackson of WPAL 100.9

God Be With You... THP1995
Trauma-Ties had a following of loyal friends and fans alike. We worked very hard and after we bought a 4 track tape recorder, we recorded and distributed our 4 Song EP entitled, God Be With You...

Our Dream
I used to go to Fox Music to look at the latest music gear. I saved up my money and bought a Boss DR-5 Drum Machine. Production started immediately. I made my first beat within the first week of learning it. That sparked the motivation to put a real project together.

First Rap Group
In the fall of 1994, I had an opportunity to perform again. Vince Billingslea was ready to get involved more, after seeing the success I was having. I helped him come up with his rap name. He started to write lyrics too and we chose the name, Deep-Hatred for him. We made a strong performance at the Ladson, Home Makers Club. It was my last performance as a solo artist. We called the group, Trauma-Ties.

YWCA Talent Contest First Place
Joined by my friend, Vince Billingslea who stepped up to run the turntables, while I focused on my performance. We entered into a Martin Luther King Jr. Talent Contest that was sponsored by the local area YWCA. This was the second time I performed on my high school stage. The contest was held on our home turf and I believe that gave me an advantage. We took the First Place Ribbon and had a news highlight on channel 4.

High School Talent Show
As I built my vocabulary, my song count began to increase. In my Freshman year of high school, I entered into the Art Departments Annual Talent Show. I performed an original song I wrote, using an instrumental borrowed from one of the old records I found.

My Dream
My sister Ronna and I went back to visit our friends in Springfield, NE in the summer of '93. We were walking to the Fair Grounds and Nikki Walker asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I didn't hesitate to share my dream. I said, I want to be a Rap Artist. She looked at me and said, "You Will".

A Box of Old Records
Since the age of 10, I helped my oldest brother, Guy in his construction business. I never received a real paycheck for working with him. To pay me something for my contributions to the household, I was able to get a set of Technic Turntables from Money Man Pawn. This was due to me finding a box of old records in a property cleanout.

Origin of my Name
In the Biography of Supreme-Wisdom, I tell the story of how difficult it was to come up with a cool rap name. Using a reference book of commonly misspelled words, I flipped the pages and said what ever word I see first, that was going to be my rap name. I landed in the "S" section and I saw the word "Supreme". That was strong, but I decided to give it another try. The second attempt revealed the word "Wisdom" Supreme-Wisdom has been my name ever since I was 12 years old.

Started Writing Songs
We used to shop at Circuit City for electronics. I always loved that you could go into the store and demo the instruments. The Casio Keyboard was my first real instrument.

A New Sound
We moved to Charleston, SC in 1986. I quickly adjusted to the change and made new friends. Alex Thompkins introduced me to Rap Music. This was my 9th birthday. From Left to Right: Chuck Turner, Tory Miller, Me, Alex Thompkins, Thomas Hucks.

For the first 8 years of my life, I lived in Springfield, NE.
